We thought we were escaping another hurricane season uncathed in Southwest Florida, but on Sept 28th, that turned out to not be the case. The hurricane had shifted from going to Tampa to Fort Myers, turning SW Coast into a mandatory zone. By then, it was too late. 12 hours later, the once in 500 year storm was taking over.
