Beaches for snorkeling:
- Salt Pond Beach Park– has a great area that is blocked off to snorkel
- Anini Beach– has the best turtles by the boat ramp
- Poipu beach– you can find lots of turtles in the morning.

- Hanalei Beach & Hanalei Pier (not best for snorkeling bur rally gentle waves)
